Dennis Budinich and Eric Laurens (the Directors of FTC Methods Inc.) have been invited by the Bank Insurance and Securities Association (BISA) to speak at their 2005 Community & Regional Banking Forum on “Developing And Managing Platform Programs ”

The BISA is the result of the 2002 merger of the Bank Securities Association and the Financial Institutions Insurance Association, and provides the industry with one Association providing in-depth expertise in the banking, securities and insurance sectors across our industry and within our institutions.

The BISA fosters the full integration of securities and insurance businesses with depository institutions’ traditional banking businesses, and reaches out to executives throughout its member firms. BISA participants include executives from the securities, insurance, investment advisory, trust, private banking, retail, capital markets, and commercial divisions of depository institutions. The BISA provides a single forum for these executives and their product and service partners to work together to find solutions to help grow their businesses.

This convention will be held at the Marriott near the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA September 10th-13th.September 2005 in San Francisco, CA. The BISA offers this convention to its member and non-member banks, with more than 350 bank executives in attendance. It features many in depth discussions, case studies, and keynote presentations on a wide array of topics such as: Management, Products, Markets, and Operations/Structure.

Budinich and Laurens were asked to share their real world experiences and proven management methodologies on developing a thriving environment of teamwork and cooperation, in an extremely competitive and potentially combustible environment.
