BOONTON, NJ Jan 19, 2007 - FTC Methods Inc. has announced the launch of their Leadership Youniversity, located at 404-408 Main Street Boonton, NJ.

The purpose of the Leadership Youniversity is to provide exceptional learning programs for bank employees.  The first course offering titled Human Leadership By Design is a three part program for Senior Bank Executives and will begin on February 20, 2007.

All programs offered at the Leadership Youniversity are designed to help individual bank leaders grow both personally and professionally.  Students will develop proven personal and professional skills developed by leading Fortune 500 in a variety of areas including: employee engagment, principals of success, and how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.  All programs are built on 12 years of research in the fields of retail bank sales, human behavior, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence.
