BOONTON, NJ October 18, 2007 - Dennis Budinch, Director of FTC Methods Inc., recently earned his designation as a Master Trainer and Coach in the field of emotional intelligence in the workplace, by completing Level I and Level II certification classes offered through Talent Smart Inc. These certification classes were conducted in San Diego, CA and were developed by leading emotional intelligence experts Dr. Travis Bradberry and Dr. Jean Greaves, the authors of The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book.

During the designation process Mr. Budinich gained deeper insight into the philosophies of Drs. Bradberry and Greaves, and also became proficient in Talent Smarts IMPACT EQ Learning program – Developing EQ curriculum.  This learning program provides FTC the flexibility to customize EQ programs to meet the unique needs of their clients, by offering the latest learning strategies to help people successfully make lasting changes in their emotional intelligence. 

Dennis Budinich stated, “These designations are very exciting.  The information I learned makes it clear how important EQ is in the workforce.  We are looking forward to using this information to help bankers perform at higher levels by teaching them how to be more self aware, manage one's emotions, pick up on social cues and build effective, working relationships.  Not only will be able to educate frontline bankers, but as a Master Trainer and Coach in can teach trainers how to educate their frontline bankers how to be more emotionally intelligent.”
