BOONTON, NJ November 1, 2007 - On October 25, 2007 Dennis Budinich - The Motivated Banker – presented at Caesars in Atlantic City, NJ for the NJ League and NJ Bankers annual Human Resources Conference.  The 1 ½ hour presentation titled “Attracting, Retaining, and Growing Talent…What Works!” got the conference started with a bang (click here for evaluation) as Dennis presented timely information in his own entertaining fashion, to over 60 banking Human Resources executives form across the state of New Jersey.

The presentation focused on new information on employee engagement that was gathered through recent surveys by Gallup and Towers Perrin consulting.  Dennis also shared the most recent research which showed the significant impact of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.  He went further to display how to practically apply this research to attract, retain, and grow talent in banking. 

After the presentation, Dennis was approached by many of the participants who had additional and specific questions about the information presented.  “There are a lot of questions out there when it comes to finding the right people and getting them to perform to their highest levels.  Many bankers are now realizing that some of the methods and strategies they have used in the past are not nearly as effective as they should be.  After a presentation like this one, we get a lot of people who see this information as a means to get better results, and they want to know more.”
