BOONTON, NJ December 1, 2007 - On November 16, 2007 Dennis Budinich - The Motivated Banker – presented at the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, PA for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Annual Lending Conference. The 1 ½ hour presentation titled “Team Building” closed the conference on a high note (click here for evaluation) as Dennis delivered a current and eye opening presentation on the role of Emotional Intelligence in building strong teams using his positive and upbeat manner. He was very well received by the Commerical Lending Officers who gathered at this annual conference from banks across the state of Pennsylvania.
Dennis drew on the vast wealth of information compiled by FTC - and his personal experience as a certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer - to educate the audience on the importance of recognizing and responding to emotions in successful team building. The most recent research he shared, showed the overwhelmingly positive impact of how understanding IQ and Personality traits are also key facators, and need to be understood and blended properly into the team building process to ensure the development of a successful team.
This dyanmic and thought provoking information led to many questions and comments from the audience. “Every time we talk about Emotional Intelligence and it's significance to reaching the levels of success banks are looking for, we receive an enormous amount of positive feedback and requests for more information." Dennis explained. He went on further to say "The Banking Industry is just starting to realize what some wildly successful Fortune 500 firms already know - in todays work environment many old management tactics fail miserably, and focusing on incorporating an Emotional Intelligent approach is the only path to take reach the highest levels of success.”
