BOONTON, NJ April 21, 2008 - On April 18, 2008 Dennis Budinich - The Motivated Banker – delivered a wokshop titled Getting Engaged at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Philadelphia, PA for the Financial Managers Society - Philadelphia Chapter.  This high energy and thought provoking workshop provided insight into how to create Top Performing employees.  Attendees learned employee engagement strategies and techniques they could use immediately to increase the revenue of their bank.

Specifically, they learned answers to the following questions:
  • Why does low employee engagement equal low production and service?
  • Why are emotions and behaviors (both good and bad) contagious, how do they start, and how do they spread like a virus?
  • What are some of the leading Fortune 500 companies currently doing to get their people more engaged and more productive?
  • How can you make a dramatic positive difference on the bottom line of your   organization by implementing a handful of changes?

This workshop was part of a powerful day long learning program offered by the Financial Managers Society - Philadelphia Chapter.  This annual program offers Bank and other Financial Services Executives from across Pennsylvania the opportunity to learn information on a variety of topics from getting people to perform to higher levels to the latest laws and regulations impacting the financial services industry.

Dennis was extremely well received as was the timely information presented during the presentation.  "It certainly was an honor to address these executives.  It's great that the FMS offers this program and provides a forum for people to learn and share ideas. And from the response of the attendees, we certainly seemed to have hit a lot of areas of importance in discussing employee engagement and peak performance."
