BOONTON, NJ May 5, 2008 - On May 1, 2008 Dennis Budinich - The Motivated Banker – delivered a powerful workshop titled Managing With Emotional Intelligence for Jackson National Life Insurance Company National Sales Symposium at their home office in Denver, CO.  As a certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer and Coach, Dennis used his unique blend of humor, research, and strong story telling to help particpants learn how to use Emotional Intelligence in managing employees to reach higher levels of sales production.

Specifically, participants learned how to master the self-management and social competency skills required to manage oneself and communicate with others most effectively.   They also learned how to increase self-awareness, self-regulation and self-motivation so that they can easily manage the stress of change. The workshop includes practical and effective tools - designed specifically to be implemented in the banking environment - to help participants produce positive outcomes in their interactions with superiors, colleagues, and clients.

The Sales Symposium drew 50 Sales Managers and Program Directors from across the country to learn about sales products and techniques they could use to increase the revenue of their bank investment sales programs. "We really enjoy events like this one." said Dennis.  "To hear what great things people are achieving and share some new information they you can use immediately to increase their results is a tremendous combination.  This group was terrific and Jackson National did a tremendous job."
