BOONTON, NJ October 29, 2008 - On Ocotober 16, 2008 Eric Laurens and Dennis Budinich (co-founders of FTC Methods Inc.) attended the Human Resources Conference sponsored by the NJ League of Community Bankers and the NJ Bankers Association at Caesar's in Atlantic City, NJ. Dennis Budinich - The Motivated Banker – opened the conference with a presentation titled The Power of Integrated Leadership. During the presentation, Dennis provided information on workplace theory and challenged the participants to become a more integral part of their organization's overall success.

The concepts behind an integrated leadership approach is about developing an environment of all for one and one for all.  It is an attitude that starts from the top, bursts through department lines, crushes silos, and fosters a total team environment set on a universal goal.   This culture requires not only cooperation between individuals and departments, but collaboration on how they can help each other reach the universal goal – growing the bank.  As a main part of his presentation Dennis provided ideas on how people in Human Resource positions could help the organization become more unified through harnessing the collective power of its people. 

The conference was well attended again this year and drew over 60 attendees from various banks across the state of New Jersey.  Other topics covered included wage and hour plans, paid leave, and new changes in employment law.
