IBABOONTON, NJ November 13, 2009 - On November 4, 2009 Dennis Budinich (co-founder of FTC Methods Inc.) conducted an education course on behalf of the Illinois Bankers Association  as part of their Future Leaders Alliance Program at the Holiday Inn in Bloomington, IL. The Future Leaders Alliance Program is an innovative Leadership Program designed specifically to advance the development of Financial Leaders. 

As part of the overall curriculum, Dennis Budinich – The Motivated Banker – delivered a highly energetic and informative program titled The Psychology of Sales. Throughout the presentation, Dennis used a blend of proprietary information which delved deep in the emotional and menatal components of selling from both the salesperson's point of view and the buyer's point of view. 

"This program is not offered as a 'Sales 101' program.  It goes way beyond presenting skills and closing skills, and provides advanced details in regard to the selling process and how to emotionally and mentally connect wit the prospect and provide them with WIN-WIN solutions." Dennis explained.  He went on further to say "Everytime we do this program, people thank me.  They are thankful that what we are discussing is not the same old stuff, and that the content has real depth and useful information they can use immdeiately."
